Very poor. Took 3 months to get a refund for lost shipment.

Ordered car amplifier on January 23, Confirmed it was lost in shipment on January 30, refunded by Etronics on April 26th.

I ordered a Rockford Fosgate amplifier from Etronics. After over a week of the shipment notification the package never arrived. DHL had lost the package nand they confirmed this to me. They also informed me that they would not refund the money to me but to the seller, Etronics.

I then contacted Etronics and inquired about my refund. They told me that it would be up to 30 days before I could get my money back. 30 days went by and I contacted etronics again. They told me they were still waiting on DHL for the claim to go through.

Almost another 30 days later I contacted Etronics again. This time they didn't even fill me on the details that I had inquired about: "What stage of the process are we on?" and "When can I expect my money refunded?".

Out of frustration I contacted DHL and they confirmed to me that they had resolved the claim with Etronics almost a full month ago. I took that information and wrote to Etronics again. Like magic, I was refunded the next day (although I have not seen it on my statement yet). The Etronics rep told me that they had just got the money from DHL the day prior.

I would never order from Etronics again. Once the package had been confirmed to be lost by DHL they should have just refunded my money instead of keeping me in limbo for nearly 3 months. Very poor refund policy and poor communication.
