All aspects of the transaction was satisfactorily handled. Information was readily available and all instructions were followed efficiently. The delivery was on time. The order was filled according to the request that was made. I felt that my financial transactions were handled securely. My enquiries for pricing and delivery was well handled though I thought that I would have gotten a better price since I was purchasing a quantity of the phones. I think that consideration should be given to quantity purchases so as to encourage bulk buying where applicable. The response from customer service was really outstanding and this being my second order with etronics. The level communication by email was quite satisfactory in that i was kept abreast of the transaction at all times and I could have easily identified the status of the order whenever it was necessary. The shipping instructions needed special attention but it was also handled very expertly and accurately and also all the necessary information such as the tracking numbers were sent to me in a timely manner and this enabled me to know the status and I was able to communicate in an informed and intelligent manner all this information to those that would receive the goods on my behalf.I feel quite certain that I will be buying again as long as the service continue to be of this quality.
