I ordered a 2 channel car amp, a shower head and some dynamat. It said on their website to order by the 19th of december to recieve your order by christmas. I ordered on the 18th. On the 20th I get an email saying the shower head is out of stock and my order will be shipped in 3-4 business days. 8 Business days later I emailed them and asked whats going on. They then replied 2 days later, saying that the amp is out of stock and my order will ship in 1-2 business days. I then sent an email asking for a refund. They never replied to this. I called them about a week later and after waiting on hold for 20 minutes, constantly hearing on hold that they have a guaranteed 5 hour email response time(though they never answer it within 2 days, and its usually at night or even on a Sunday), the lady tells me that the items are in stock and they will ship within 2 days. I get an email 2 days later saying sorry (first and only time they said sorry), and that my order will ship within 1-2 business days. They upgraded my shipping to 2 day air. 3 days later my order shipped, and when I got it, there is no shower head. The 2 channel amp that I ordered was actually a 4 channel amp. I decided to just use the amp, as it was not worth the hassle of the return. It took another week to get a response by email asking what they are going to do about the shower head. They tell me its out of stock and it is discontinued. I send an email asking them to refund me for the shower head. They reply, What would I like to do since the item is not in stock. I replied, refund me the 24.99 for the shower head. They reply, what do you want to do, send you other items back?. I replied(this took over a week for the 3 emails) just refund me for the shower head. Finally, I made a complaint with the BBB and then I got my refund a week later. The shower head still shows in stock on their website, and the amp is still called a 2 channel amp. I had to wait a month for my incomplete order, and then 2 more weeks for a refund. BEWARE of this company they are crooked and extremely unorganized. Their low prices are not worth the hassle.
