I have never written a review aside from feedback on ebay so please pardon any spelling errors. I made an order completely on impulse and THEN checked their rating here. I got a burning feeling in my stomach and started thinking I had been duped after seeing what people had to say about them here. I checked paypal and once these guys get your payment there is really no action you can take to get it back and as people have said all the emails are just form letters they send you. Well I have to say that I was incorrect about my assumptions that I was in trouble. I made my order 4 days before Christmas. I was not expecting the item to arrive quickly (if at all after reading the scathing reviews here) but to my surprise the item arrived on Christmas Eve. The item I ordered was a Motorola bluetooth H700. I bought it from Etronics because they had the best price. I see that some people are ordering more expensive items from these guys with subsequent problems and I have never done that as I like to be able to go and yell at a local seller if something is wrong or the item needs to be returned. I can say though that after just about worrying myself into oblivion over a 50 dollar item that my item arrived faster than expected and packaged very well to boot so I will give Etronics a top rating....If anyone is wondering I am a real consumer and this really happened. I am not a guy who can't speak English trying to write a positive review about a boiler room store on the docks in NYC which by the way, a lot of reviews here appear to be.
