This is the second Christmas that I have shopped at Etoys. I had first been introduced to Etoys by receiving their catalog in the mail. They had a huge selection of toys similar to what a Target or Toysrus would carry.

Last year, there was a particular item that I wanted to purchase, and no one else had it. I remembered the Etoys catalog I had received, and decided to try their website. It was wonderful. I was able to find that hard to get item, and then some. I placed my order and quickly received my purchased items.

This year, I remembered how Etoys saved the day for me, and used them again. I had a fabulous experience once again, and my order was shipped and received promptly.

In my dealings with Etoys, it has been very positive.

The Pros of Etoys:

1) Website is easy to navigate. It's organized and easy to search for what you need. Their policies are clear.

2) The selection of toys is fantastic. They carry many popular toys that can run out of other stores early.

3) Delivery was so speedy. They delivered two years in a row on time, in the busy Christmas season. I had trouble with other online sites, but not Etoys. Prompt and accurate.


I am extremely pleased with my experience with Etoys.

Just a note: I have not had to call Etoys or speak to any representative so far. I can only share my experience with the website and delivery.
