I was reluctant to buy from them at first as they seemed like they could be another one of those New York camera boiler room type stores. However they did advertise "no grey market, no refurbs". They also had the best price on the Olympus E-300 dual lens kit. Ephoto charges a moderate shippng fee but no tax for me. I could have got the exact same product from Costco locally with no shipping but tax. In the end ephoto was more than $100.00 cheaper than Costco or any other place. They also had an additional 2 year Olympus FACTORY warranty for less than Olympus does on their own website! After ordering I was expecting "the call" to try to sell me something else. IT never came. I simply got an e-mail with a thank-you and a tracking link for UPS. Whole deal could not have been easier! Buy from ePhoto, you won't regret it.

It was a very satisfying purchase. Elder the salesperson that I talked with was friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful...The product description on the website matched everything he told me...Did not hassle or try to sell any other items. I check their ratings and found they were near perfect. Then I ordered the Olympus E-1 camera for overnight next day air( received my tracking information within a very short time ) and received the camera at 10:30am the next day..I will buy from them again.. It was a pleasure. He mentioned that they wanted my return business and they will get it.
The ratings for the businesses are very critical as to weather you are going to get hassled, switched or put on hold for long periods of time. |

I ordered the new Nikon 17-55mm DX lense and it was sent immediately. Tracked it the whole way and got it today. Also wrote to them asking if they actually HAD the Nikon D2x in stock (no one else did) and Saam answered back immediately that they had one and I ordered right away. UPS says it is scheduled for delivery tomorrow.
I have had REAL problems with other (especially) camera outlets. This one actually delivers great service. I plan on using them from now on for anything they sell. I guess this place really IS family run. I could not be happier. Russell |

I bought a Nikon D70 Outfit hassle free. They are a certified Nikon dealer. Nikon will not give you any rebates nor will the camera be under warranty unless you buy your camera from a certified dealer. The package arrived sooner than expected. They DID NOT do the bait and switch or sell you a foreign model that other cheaper dealers will do. I did a lot of research before buying from them. Basically they have the highest ratings of any store, the cheapest of any trustworthy store, have great customer service, and no sugar coated... You get what they say you get and don't get any annoying calls or E-mails afterwards. I highly recommend them.

I chose PhotoCraft specifically because of their high rating on Epinions. There prices were better than MSRP and I could avoid sales tax. So they were cheaper than a local store.
Nevertheless, for a purchase as expensive as this (Nikon D70) I wanted to be sure that I was dealing with a reputable Nikon dealer. In one phone call, I got everything I wanted. To contrast with the New York based stores, not only did they reassure me that I had made good choices, they even talked me out of accessaries I didn't need. They even shipped it for free. I got the UPS tracking number that night. Since then I have called with a few questions, and they are happy to help me. What more could you want? |

These are good guys and highly recommended. I found their prices a little higher than the lowest competitors, however I would say it was worth it. Making a large investment in a camera can be a worrying experience. I put a high premium on dealing with a company I consider trustworthy.
ePhotocraft certainly is trustworthy and their staff (thanks Saam) seemed to be pleased to accommodate my special requests. The camera arrived well packed and in perfect condition with all parts accounted for. They are explicit about not selling gray market items which I liked. I will use ePhotoCraft again. |

These folks are pleasure to deal with. I ordered a Canon 20D from them on a Thursday evening and had the camera in hand by Saturday. They were knowledgeable, helpful and did not try to sell me any extras.
The camera had a problem after a a couple of days. I called them on Tuesday and they had a replacement to me by Friday along with a gift certificate for the inconvenience. This service along with the very competitive pricing on two more orders has made me a big fan. |

This is simply the finest photo shop on the east coast. I do not know why anyone would go anywhere else. Eldar and his team at the Burke store are top notch. They are courteous, professional, and patient. And, they know their equipment. Prices are more than reasonable, and with your purchase you get a lifetime partner willing to help you get the most our of your camera. Photo processing is excellent and runs rings around anything you'd get elsewhere. You walk into the store and you are always greeted by name, no matter how busy the staff is. You will never get that in a big box retailer.

There were no "we're running a special", "we have a better lens", etc. My order was taken, totaled and a time of arrival was given. When I received my package(when promised) everything I ordered arrived safely and the "total price" was as promised. EPhotoCraft provided customer service beyond my wildest expectations. I recently bought a Nikon N75 body and a 50mm/1.8 D AF from EPC. Even though their price was slightly higher than some internet stores, the overall shipping and available starter kits with a 2yr extended warranty worked out better; plus they are in Virginia, and
so am I. I wanted to get the MB-18 battery pack and needed a 52mm UV filter for the 50mm lens; neither was available on the web site. I placed my order for the N75 body, 50mm lens and the Nikon SLR value kit which includes a Nikon Bag and a 58mm lens for the standard 28-80 G lens. I e-mailed notes at time of purchase, that I was disappointed that they did not offer the MB-18 battery pack or the Nikon 52mm UV filter. As I was shopping for the MB-18 and the 52mm UV filter, I got an e-mail from EPC, they substituted the 58mm for a 52mm (Sunpak), and special ordered the MB-18 for only $44.95; WOW !!! All my business at one place. Above and beyond the call of duty. A++++++ |

After hearing all sorts of horror stories about dealing with camera shops on the internet. I became skeptical of dealers advertising on the web. I started looking at various online services (including yours) that rated these outlets. ePhotoCraft was rated near the top in everyones site. My contact at ePhotoCraft was with Eldar (who is the owner of this store) and found him pleasant to talk too and knowledgeable. His prices were excellent and he didn't attempt to "add on" non essential items to the sale. Shipping charges were fair and shipment was prompt. I would highly recommend this store.

Buying a camera, or rather buying from an internet store can be risky business. I had to write my first review for ephotocraft. This store is 1st class. They take your order, ship it out the same day and give you an order # and tracking #. Received mine in 2 days and I must add that they do not deal with grey market, like all the stores in brooklyn NY! you get full usa warranty. And once I had a return, they received the return, checked out the product and replaced it, with order # and tracking # and get this, All in the same day. ***** 5 Stars for sure
