Repeat customer here. I have purchased a Nikon body, macro flash kit, and several lenses from these guys. They recently called me at home when a lens that I was looking showed up online as being on its way to them.... as in... BEFORE they got it by 3 or 4 days. They shipped it to me the same day they got it, emailed me the tracking info, and it was in MY hands in under a week from the call.

Excellent customer service. Always very helpful on the phone.

Found PhotoCraft while price shopping for a Canon SD700. They had a price almost as low as those Brooklyn Bait and Switch but they are legit! Based in Virginia and you do have some bogus excuse to call in and "Confirm" your order which if you have not read customer reviews of the other crooks, please do! Fast Shipping, easy ordering, great price and as promised. Thanks PhotoCraft!

Great prices, friendly service, and not like some of those new york dealers who advertise one price and when the sale is over you are getting charged 3x the price for crap you didn't need to begin with or won't sell it to you because you did not accessorize....no hard sales or pressure to buy more or extra stuff, just helpful suggestions....I now have ordered several things from them (my nikon d50 kit and now an SB-800)....an all out pleasure to deal with. I just wanted to add my kudos to the other reviews. I bought a Nikon D2Xs. Because it is a new camera, some of the accessories can be hard to get, but Eldar has thus far come up with everything he promised as soon as he could get his hands on it from Nikon. This was my first experience with them and it was great. If I have a complaint its a minor one; their depth of inventory doesn't seem to be as great as B&H's but if they stock it, I would give them the business without a doubt. Good and caring merchants should be rewarded.

Oh, there are lots of places to buy merchandise.  However, there are just a few that stand out as being BEST in their field.  Such is ePhotocraft.com.  The staff there is outstanding and their service and helpfulness are second to none.

I ordered a Nikon N50 digital camera. It was not in stock but they took my order anyway and were able to ship it out about 4 days. The sales people were very informative, helpful, and there was no pressure. Their price was the lowest I could find from a legitimate dealer and they offered a Nikon extended warranty which I did not see anyplace else.

I purchased a D50 camera body from this seller on 5/08/2006. However, immediately after I ordered, they wanted me to call to confirm my address for shipping. After the phone call, the alternate shipping address was added to the credit card on that same day with the credit card company, but they still gave me the run around saying they couldn't ship the D50. When I checked the website, the D50 was out of stock and they were playing the waiting game on me. They never had the D50 instock in the first place to ship it and they were just trying to prolong my order shipment. After a few more days with a few more emails, they finally said that they don't have the D50 instock and they were willing to sell me the D50 kit minus the len. To this date, I have yet to see this order materialized. All they do is talk.

They claimed they called my credit card company to confirm my shipping address and was told it was not listed. I called my CC company and they said it was updated.

Simply wonderful. In a world where the internet sales folks at camera shops routinely push extra cost "kits", the person at ePhotocraft offered to remove the lens from a Nikon D50 lens kit so that I could buy the body only at the advertised price. Amazing! They also matched a price for an SD card from another retailer. It was also nice being able to speak to a person who knew cameras and could make recommendations. This was the best service and purchase I've ever had--and I've had many. Camera came next day as promised. You can't go wrong with this company.

Another great experience with ePhotocraft! I originally purchased my Nikon D2X through them after reading others comments about them. Delivered just as promised. This time I wanted the new 18-200mm VR IS ED lens that was not quite available. As soon as it came in they made sure that it was shipped in time for me to have it under the Christmas tree!

Eldar and the team at ePhotocrfat did another great job at customer service. This will definitely not be my last purchase with them!

My second purchase (Nikon d90 w/Nikon18-200mm VRII)from ePhotoCraft went as smoothly as the first purchase some four years ago; and, reminds me why I (still) maintain that ePhotCraft is the very best.  Price, customer service, shipping (free and two day delivery), email and phone communication with the owner (Eldar T.) are incomparable.  And, never any upselling, nor grey market!

Their price was competitive, they answered an e-mail product query within an hour or two, my shipment went out the same day it was ordered, and arrived when promised. I don't know how well they resolve disputes because I had no problems. I'd happily order from them again.

This has been one of the most enjoyable shopping trips I've had in a long, long time. The service (outstanding), the friendly staff (very Knowledgeable), I'd be foolish if I didn't go back to ephotocraft.

Eldar was spot on with the cost and inventory of the camera and lenses. The help in locating and acquiring some other high end equipment was really appreciated. To top it off, they all arrived in Alaska without any of the boxes being seriously damaged. The care they took in double insulating the boxes was greatly appreciated.

ePhotoCraft has been wonderful to work with through two purchases. However, the biggest show of excellent customer service came when I had an after-sale rebate issue. ePhotoCraft was kind enough to send me a document I needed to receive my rebate check. I ordered a digital camera via the web in morning, and shortly thereafter I received an e-mail confirmation. In the evening when I checked my e-mail again, there was another message that my camera had been shipped. Three days later UPS showed up at my door with my camera. Some other on-line retailers NEED to take a customer service lesson from ePhotocraft.com. I received what I ordered in a short time without hassles or attempts to sell me other items that I don't want.

Eldar worked hard to sell me a Nikon lens for $1434.99 and discounted overnight shipping. Lens received but seemed to have problem. The same day I called him back and again the following day after more testing. So, I have asked for an exchange and he would not take the lens back 'as per store policy'. If you review the website their return policy states 'To return a product, please contact us by either email or telephone.' and their receipt states 'be aware of our store's policies,located on our website...'

I am disappointed and frustrated as Eldar tells me to send the lens to Nikon for warrantee problem.
