I ordered a canon EOS 5D Mark II from this company in the mid-afternoon. The order was placed after a phone call to Photo Craft to confirm that the hard-to-come-by Canon EOS 5 D Mark II was actually in stock.  I was told that a shipment was arriving that very day. Unfortunately, (or fortunately) my credit card company declined the authorization because of suspected fraud.  I got a call from the credit card company to inform me of the suspected fraud and after sorting things with the credit card company. I then called Photo Craft.  The Photo Craft sales representative told me that they knew that the card had been declined and were about to call me.  Even so, although the order got placed at 4:30 pm after the credit card issue was sorted, it was shipped that same day via standard free UPS.  I received the camera in perfect condition the next day (The item was shipped from northern Virginia to central North Carolina).  I have never received service as good or as fast that from any online vendor before.  It should be noted that this camera is not a gray market product as some other vendors sell. This is first class service from a first class company, I very highly recommend them.
