Overall satisfaction is a 10. This is first time ordering from ephotocraft. I ordered the Tamron 28-75 2.8 lens for my Nikon camera on Sunday and had my package by Friday in perfect condition and exactly what I ordered. I had been searching for this lens for a while and was a a little hesitant about ordering it online, but they did have a good price and no shipping charge. I am so far very pleased with my purchase. I had seen ephotocraft in my searching, but because I did not know the sight I somewhat ignored them until I was unsuccessful in finding the lens that I was looking for, when I decided to try them out after visiting their online store. Their sight was easy to navigate and I was able to find any and all contact information about the company. After my research I felt comfortable enough to order from them and I'm glad I did. I need to know that my information is safe and that they have certain policies in place before I will do business with online companies. I was sent my order number and my invoice numbers along with ups tracking numbers and was able to track from shipping to delivery. If I decide to go in search of other camera and or other photographic equipment, ephotocraft will be at the top of my list, and I will do business with them again!
