I recently purchased 1 of their lighter, it came with free engraving, so I had it engraved. It arrived a few days sooner than I thought, the engraving was excellent, and I am extremely happy with this purchase, and would deffinetly recomed this company to anyone, and everyone. I ordered a lighter in december over the internet and the lighter was supposed to be delivered. Lighter with accessories was approximately 90.00. I recently found out that gift was never delivered and I called elighters to see what was up. Their response was that according to their records, lighter was delivered. I repeatedly told them that gift was never delivered and they kept reasserting that it was not their responsiblility to make sure carrier (Fed Express) delivered product. I am now having to fill out paperwork with my credit card to get reimbersed. Moral of the story....WHEN PURCHASING MERCHANDISE ON LINE, GO THROUGH AMAZON.COM OR ANOTHER REPUTABLE SHOPPING SITE.

The e-lighters team was remarkable in the way that our business was handled recently, and this includes a close-to-christmas mistake that they handles incredible well.
We ordered a gift set for the man in charge of the office which had two pieces, both of which to be engraved uniquely. When the package arrived (around December 14) it was engraved wrong. We contacted the website via e-mail and they handled the situation immediately, sending a receipt for return and a new tracking number within a few hours of our conversation. The new package arrived engraved properly before christmas (in fact, in a matter of 3-4 days), giftwrapped and ready to roll. We were very pleased with all of our dealings with the team. Further, we asked them to draw draw a dinosaur fighting a unicorn and kittens purring rainbows. They were provided with our order on sticky notes and made the entire office laugh out loud. Well done. |

My items arrived damaged and in poor condition. Fortunately, all the items worked but when I sent pictures with all the items and their condition to the seller, the reply was not acceptable. I run a service company and if my products arrived to a consumer in this condition, I would be embarrassed and concerned with ensuring my customer that this is not acceptable service.
Instead, they asked for my suggestion on what should be done next and explained that the damaged goods should still be operable and that for the one item that was damaged and in poor condition, I could possibly exchange it. I should not have to go to the post office and exchange a 30 dollar item that is in the condition of a year's worth of usage. They should simply refund me my money or they should send an item of equal or greater value to ensure I am not dissatisfied.

I tried ordering a lighter from another website for my boyfriend for Christmas and it took them two days to just inform me that the image I requested to be put on the lighter had been denied. Then they told me it would be at least 10 days before I would even get a standard lighter that they showed they had in stock. They didn't even give me the option for one or even two day delivery. I ended up finding this website December 22 and put the order in. I was worried that given all the troubles I had been having I wouldn't get it before 2012 even hit. I got my lighter with the full engraving I had requested (which the other website said they couldn't do on that lighter by the way) gift wrapped by Christmas eve!! It was in perfect condition and it looked awesome!! I got way more than I expected out of the service. Thanks!!

horrible... I bought two coleman lighters and a christmas lighter .. when i got the coleman lighters both were broken one leaked butane all over me and other other one did not light with fluid in iT. I emailed them after my tracking number showed that it was delivered to correct address. They responded two days later and said "We do not process returns until friday" this was after the mail reported it was delivered at right address on 10th of dec. I waited two more fridays and emailed them again asking when I would recieve a check or they would credit back my account. They did not respond and a week later I wrote them again asking them when I would recieve my refund but then still have not responded that that has been a week ago. Also before buying make sure you read the fine print. Anything u get engraved u cant return even if its broken. Also if you do not shift what u by in excact packaging that they send you they will not take it back. worst site I have ever bought christmas presents from.
