elighters is an extremely unprofessional group that sells defective items and then refuses to return them. Be very wary of ordering here for gifts if they are not going to be opened immediately. They were uncooperative when I tried to return an item. Overall I had a very unpleasant experience with them and had to initiate a credit card chargeback to get my money back.

One of the ashtrays, still wrapped in shipping paper, fell out my hands while I was trying to separate them. I was seated, and the ashtray fell about 18 inches on my soft leather shoe and shattered. I explained this to eLighters and requested a replacement or refund from them. They sent me an RMA number and asked me to return the broken ashtray. My return shipping cost was $4.97. The original ashtray cost was $5.06 tax and shipping, or roughly $8.48. With my cost of returning the broken ashtray of $4.97 $8.48 original cost, my total cost for the broken ashtray is $13.45. If I am refunded the original purchase price tax shipping, I will still be out $4.97 and will have no ashtray for my money. I think that was a very poor response from eLighters' Customer Service. They should have either refunded my money, or sent a replacement ashtray.

Bought a monogrammed business card holder on line on Saturday 6/23. Stated that it would take 2 business days before it would be shipped because of the monogramming. I was hoping I would receive it before the weekend as it was a gift to be given that Sunday. I received it on Wednesday, 6/27, which is unbelievably fast. I was impressed with the shipping as well as the product. It was nicely monogrammed (with no mistakes!) and seemed to be of good quality. I would order again from this company.

BUYER BEWARE. Engravings are very low quality. Do not trust reviews on their website, as they have failed to publish my negative (but certainly not over the top or offensive) review several times. This is why all their reviews are positive. Engraving on five separate lighters was of too poor quality for me to comfortably give as a gift, and two of them had noticeable dents in the side. Company does not respond to any of my inquiries. Note - Zippos are fantastic, just don't buy them from elighters...

This was the quickest delivery from internet purchasing I have ever had, and I do a lot of business online!! When I called to verify that I could get this item in time for a party, the customer rep was excellent. She informed me that I could get this item without paying additional shipping. I chose to pay extra because of previous purchases with other companies. I should have listened to the rep. I now realize that Shopping.com is a more efficient company and I will continue to use it.
