Very disappointing, frustrating and feel liked I was scammed!

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Placed my order on March 28, 2011 for a kitchen faucet and was emailed that it was in-stock at the manufacturers. Many calls later and still no faucet so I cancelled. Than the real nightmare begins when trying to get a refund. I was told it would take 30 business days (really!!!) and still I have called everyday this week to check. Finally a refund was issued today (so they tell me) but it will take another 3 to 10 business days for the credit to show up on my Amex. I am very frustrated since the credit is almost $600! Please do not order from them! I never will again. Customer service is also the worst and every time I called I was given an excuse for why after 30 business days no refund in part because after I cancelled my order they wait 5 business day to even begin the refund process. Well it seems you have to wait that amount of time before they will even process you refund! I order often from the Internet and never have had this horrible experience. I also plan to let Amex know about this company! I felt like they were either waiting for me to forget or be too busy to continue to bother. I was also scammed by the bond money. It was a really bad experience!
