I was able to find winter boots for my wife at eDressOnline when most other sites and all the stores had no more in stock. I made mistake when I ordered, but a quick call to a very nice woman at customer service quickly solved the problem. they can be a little pricier than other sites, but the speedy delivery and service are worth it.

WONDERFUL ONLINE SHOE STORE. I always told my friends I will NEVER buy shoes online, but decided to give edressonline a try, and they are wonderul!!!! I have been a eLuxury Good customer for several years now and have never had a problem. This past order, I made a mistake and did not choose the next-day shipping option I wanted because I didn't see where to enter it before the checkout was complete. I called customer service right after I placed the order, and didn't even have to wait on hold. The woman who answered was very pleasant and she upgraded it for FREE ($25 value!). That was definitely above and beyond anything I expected. I couldn't be happier

better selection than anyone else(even the manufacturer), and the free shipping and returns is a nice feature - however, I know I am paying top dollar for the item. Being a bargain shopper, it is difficult for me to actually buy anything from them

I've dealt with many online store. This is one of the best. Great service, great return policy, speedy delivery, great selection. I would buy purse elsewhere only if eLuxuryGood didn't have them. I would pay more to buy my purse from eLuxuryGood. Not worth paying less and maybe going through great hassle or end up paying more in return shipping. Time is money. eLuxuryGood is hassle free and website is intelligently designed and easily navigable.

I recently purchased two pairs of Christian Louboutin shoes from http://eDressOnline.com. I was pleased with the selection of shoes and the fact that there was no shipping or tax. The shoes were scheduled to arrive in about a week, but came the following day.. Keep an eye on your shoe price, because they will refund the difference but only up to a week. Both pairs of shoes I ordered went down in price, but I did not pay attention. And those shoes are still dropping in price. I do feel the prices are a little high initially, but if you can wait for them to decrease, you will get a great deal!

By far, eDressOnline is the best place to buy dress. And they have an other online store eLuxuryGood selling handbags, Their prices are reasonable and the products ship to your house within a few days. I ordered some dresses and received them in 5 days!!! Originally they said that it would take 7-9 business days for them to arrive. However, they sent me an email that said that they were upgraded and would arrive in 4 days!!! When I got the dresses they were wrapped in tissue paper and in excellent condition. My sister has also ordered shoes from eLuxuryGood and they were in excellent condition and arrived in 7 days. This website is very reliable.

I ordered a gift for someone , and they called because they had found a defect in it, and it was the last one. I was disheartened, but they gave me a gift certificate for the inconvenience. SENT PAYMENT 2X BY MISTAKE.I asked them to return my money and after one month they finally did. The delay was maybe due to the difficult times experienced  worldwide so I understand. They tried to return my money even 2 weeks ago via paypal , but they got my email address wrong. BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT is that: they returned my money and apologized for the long delay.
As said, they did ship out my items in a timely manner and the dresses were of very good quality as described.Big problem now resolved so maybe will reconsider buying from them again.
