Item description and photo don't match

I bought a digital camera from eCost.com about four years ago. I did this because they wouldn't charge a restock fee if the camera showed up defective. This transaction was good. A few years later I wanted to order some accessories for my cell phone. I ordered it from eCost and when it arrived it wasn't what I thought I had ordered. I looked on the website and saw that the picture of the item and the description and the title of the item didn't match. I wanted what was in the photo and item title, not what was in the confusing description. I called customer service and they wanted to charge me for re-stocking the product and when I asked them to update their website to fix the problem they kept repeating that there was nothing wrong.

A few weeks ago I wanted to purchase a new microsd card for my new cell phone. Again I ordered it from eCost since the price was right. This time the item that arrived didn't match the photo, or the item description, and upon close examination, they didn't match again!!!

I called eCost and was given the run around, they still wouldn't send me the product I had ordered.

Lesson:
Make sure to read the description and research what the manufactures product number is on another site. eCost doesn't do a good job listing their items. I will not do business with them in the future. It's not worth the time and frustration.
