Do not sell them your books unless you do not really need the money. They never pay you! The only good thing was that they paid for the shipping. However, I guess they got a great deal considering they owe me $50 for the book and all they have paid for is the shipping cost! It is quite a scam they have going. They "buy" books that they never pay for, and then sell them to others - of course requiring the purchasers to pay before the books are sent. How are companies that operate this way allowed to continue? Because there are naive consumers out there like me who are too trusting.

I sent my books on 11/10/08. I am still waiting for my money. I have tried to contact them, but have not had any luck. Their website works really well when you are "selling" books to them. However, when you try to find help, it is another story. The "help" links are very unhelpful. Basically, they tell you that if you didn't get paid, there was probably something wrong with your book. They don't have to prove it, and they don't have to send the book back. The book I sold to them was brand new - never used. BEWARE!

I sold other books at We Buy Textbooks and was paid within a few weeks. Stay away from ecampus.com. I wish I would have checked the reviews before selling my books.
