My experience was horrible. They are slow and deceptive......buyers and sellers beware!!

I have used ecampus.com twice now to sell textbooks and I will never use them again. The first time I dealt with them they tried to say that they had not gotten one of the books that I sent (I sent three...all in one box). It made no sense that they said they got the other two books that were in the same book, but not the third one. They wanted to send me a prorated check, excluding the cost of the book that they said they never received. Of course, it was the most expensive book in the box. They gave me the run around until my husband called and said he was going to get a lawyer. We could prove I had sent three books because I had the post office box the books up for me. All of a sudden, they FOUND the missing book.

Being that I am a person that never wants to believe people are maliciously deceptive, I decided to give them another chance. The third week in November, I shipped my books to them via UPS. They got my books at the end on November (according to the UPS website), yet they have still not checked them into their system or drawn up a payment.

I have dealt with textbooks.com for textbooks buyback as well and always have a check for my books within 10 days!
It is too much trouble and too long of a wait having to deal with them. This is the last time I go through them, no doubts anymore!
