HORRIBLE!!!!

I have not made a purchase on ebay since 2009 but recently I've been receiving emails to pay for items purchased. I checked my ebay account and found over 40 items bid on and won. I tried to contact all of the sellers and explain that my pasword had been stolen and I did not make these purchases. All but one of the sellers were very copperative in canceling the transactions. The one seller, based out of Korea, that I tried to contact at least 4 times through 2 email addresses and by phone (number disconnected) never responded back to me. During the time I was trying to contact them a case was set up against me for non-payment of the item. I called the ebay customer support center and explained to the woman that someone had broken into my account and fraudulently placed numerous orders. She assured me that they would drop the case and suspend my account so no further orders could be placed. Three days later, I checked my email and found 10 more items waiting for payment and 15 non-payment cases on my account. I can now no longer order from ebay (not that I would after all of this!) or cancel my account until a payment is made or the cases are dropped. Luckily, my credit card on file with them has been expired since 2009 so I can not be charged but now, I have a horrible rating, which I'm sure would prevent any ebay seller from selling to me in the future, AND all of these sellers from which the fraudulent orders were placed have lost their time and money waiting for me to pay for items that I never even ordered. The ebay customer service rep that I spoke with lied to me about suspending my account and did nothing to help me with this security issue. Ebay claims to be so safe and secure but now there's someone out there that has my name, address, telephone number, and the name of my bank AND, because ebay will do nothing with my account, they're STILL placing orders under my name!
