Overall I was very satisfied.  The price was very good.  Picture was clear and this shower heads helps reduce water usage.  This is good for the environment and saves me money.  I am all about helping out the environment and saving money.  I especially liked the free shipping.  My email notifications were clear and I was able to tracking the item on the USPS website.  I left positive feedback.
I shopped for this item at a hardware store and found almost the exact same thing but it was more expensive and I think not as good.  This online store had a better selection for me also.
Installation was very easy for me and I am tool challenged.   
My over all satisfaction is very good.  The order was quickly shipped with a fast acturate delivery.  The online description and then the actual item box were both described very good.   I have and will continue to recomment this site to other people.  I think we should all be mindful of our water usage to help the environment. 
The ease of use and simple design makes me wonder how come some thing like this was not invented before and in wide use already.  Once this item is promoted properly and people become aware I am sure many more will be sold and it will become the standard.
Finally I think this item will last a very long time in my home and not have to be replaced anytime soon.
