I have been a member of e-bay since 2000, I have both bought and sold on e-bay, I think I can give a strong opinion. When I first started on e-bay I was just buying and it was fun to "win" but I think that e-bay has gotten so big and they now have so many divisions, that like a lot of things that get big, one hand doesn't know what the other one is doing.I have sold a lot on there but I don't buy much at all anymore. I get a lot of fake e-mails from people impersonating e-bay and paypal, they are so good at faking it that you really have to suspect everyone of them, now that's not to say its e-bays fault, but they have been known to be slow in notifying you of fake e-mails, and you have to be very careful of a lot of buyers and sellers as they want to purchase or sell an item and then don't pay or don't ship. E-bay was like a lot of things easy and fun and yes you can find anything you want on there.
Customer support: well it depends who you talk with, my experience has been that they neglect to have one way of doing things.
Delivery Speed: When I do buy from a person that has very positive feedback and a lot of it, I get my purchase very quickly, and its always as stated.
