The shopping experience was fine. The problem is that the battery I received does not hold a charge and I have to return it. This is obviously a complete pain and will cost me in the long run because a) I will have to pay to return the battery, 2)then wait to get my money back and 3) I have lost use of the handset on my telephone for an extended period.

I called a week after my order to Ebatts and talked to a male called DAVID who are as rude as could be ..i explained that when i ordered the battery it says that it would be shipped in 2-3 days...to which he said they had sent me an email that it was not available till the 27-28th I NEVER received that email and he said i must have written it down wrong and said it was ksdavid@city.net..i said they had it wrong was ksdavid@citlink.net...he said it was my mistake......i said that was odd as i had received the follow ups and rating of the order at the correct email..then he had a battle of words about will be shipped and was shipped ...at which i told him that as a consumer of products from the internet...if it says "shipped in 2-3 days" it means to us the consumers that it would be shipped in 2-3 days ..to which he said ..."it doesen't say shipped" At that point I said to cancel the order and that i would not be shopping with them again.....you definitly need to talk to this man as he was ..to say the least...rude and was always trying to put the error on myself...he was in no way a help to what had gone on.... I can tell you it made for a very bad expierence for me.. thanks for you follow up. I realize this order was a simple camera battery but it could have been a big item..... Susan David
