I ordered my batteries on the 17th of September. I emailed the company on the 22nd, asking them if the order had shipped. According to their website order tracking, the items were packed/loaded on the 18th. They informed me on the 22nd that they had finally shipped. I opted for their free shipping option, which showed a shipping time of 7 to 10 days. My order did not ship until 5 days after I placed my order. I feel this is unacceptable. On top of that, the shipping time is still 7 to 10 days. Great prices for the products, but beware. Only order from them if you can afford to wait 2 to 3 weeks to receive your items.

I was requested to prove that I am myself ! I had to send them copies of my passport, credit card and a authorization form. I felt like I was trying to steal something out their virtual store ! After I did, the item shipped and was received ok. Nevertheless, they manage to make this a very unhappy customer, that will never do business with them again.
