My husband hadn't purchased this replacement battery because he said the cost was too high. When I told him of eBatts.com's price for it, without hesitation he said BUY IT! The shipping via USPS for $3.99 was a little on the high side. USPS tracking is not good as they do not keep it updated. The product was in Mendota Heights, MN the day after it was shipped from your warehouse, but it took 3 more days to reach me in Fargo! It was the most easy on-line shopping experience I have ever had ( for a old senior citizen ) The people there were very helpful , and they even sent me an E-Mail dated at 12:00 AM , believe it or not to confurm my order . I placed the order and it said both were in stock, but I had to call due to double hold on my account. During the call I learned that both batteries were back ordered. I decided to cancel the order and go elsewhere for my purchase. I did go online and read reviews about this seller and found several negative comments. Item was listed as "in stock" however the order made 8/7/2010 will not be shipped until 8/16/2010. I haven't received it and they offered "no tracking information available for this shipping method". I received a email that the battery was "not in stock" and they had to order it and they estimated it would be shipped 8/16/2010. It's my first purchase from this merchant, but I haven't received my order yet. I guess it looked like it was in stock, but hasn't been yet. Therefore, I've been receiving e-mails re: the expected shipping date, which has been pushed out at least 3 times to date. They are honest when ordering an out-of-stock battery and give accurate dates when they will be restocked. Haven't hard anyproblems with eBatts.com in 16 months of shopping.
