So far so good! I purchased the Rockland 4-pc luggage set as a gift for my 20 yr-old daughter. She opened her gift yesterday (Jan 14, 2012) and loved the look, feel, and multiple sizes. She is using them to transport some of her other gifts - that's why I say say so far so good - hopefully they will continue to offer strong, reliable quality transportation!

These bags work wonderfully for me..I am on oxygen 24/7 and I need something to keep my hands free, so I place the small bottles in the back-pack and off I go..They fit perfectly..and now a big burden on my shoulders to carry around..I can shop til I drop!!!!!

Received the piece ahead of scheduled delivery date, which was great. But it was the wrong color! What an idiotic mistake when the color is clearly marked on the outside of the box! Then when I spoke with customer service and asked if the correct piece could be shipped overnight or two-day delivery, since I'm leaving for my vacation in a few days,and since it was eBags fault that this mistake occurred, I was told NO! So, I canceled the order and will never shop with eBags again! I have been a Director of Retail for over twenty years, and this is NOT the way to do business!

Ordered 3 bags from them at the end of July, 2011. While two of the bags made it, the third one was probably never sent since we didn't get any tracking number for it. After MORE than a dozen emails and half dozen phone calls, we gave up on that item. The refund took another good two weeks and more than necessary emails/calls.
Will never ever use this business again. |
