Cons:  NONE that I can think of.

The Bottom Line:  This site is well-designed and EASY to use. The merchandise is exactly as advertised AND the customer service people are friendly! What else could you ask for?

I just purchased a handbag from an on-line site! eBags.com is a company which sells ALL types of bags, luggage etc..
The best feature on the handbag area is that you can click on the bag of your choice and see pictures (full color) enlarged AND best of all SEE the inside compartments etc.
It made choosing a bag really easy and best of all no surprised that you don't want!
I did goof in that I didn't really look at the measurements shown. When it arrived it was smaller than I really wanted but I loved it so that I was "TORN" about whether to return or not!
I called the 800 number and the people were REALLY friendly.
When I saw the steps to go through I was on the fence whether to return it. THEN they sent a friendly e-mail and gave me all the steps in an easy-to-read from AND said if I decided to keep it, they would deduct another 10% off the price (charge credit). That decided me to keep it!
They are really nice to talk to and the customer service didn't forget the SERVICE part that so many merchants on-line have lost!
