The only reason I even ordered from them was because they "say" they have a 110% price match. I found the items cheaper even with tax and shipping on 3 different websites, but thought, gee, they say they will price match. So I ordered from ebags and when I filled out the price match form on their website and sent it in. I knew something was strange when the first refusal on the price match, the customer service email said, we will not price match because you didn't put "what item" you wanted price matched. So I replied, O.K, my whole order and spelled it all out along with the 2 websites to choose from. They found any excuse they could find for not price matching. One was it said to contact to make sure item was in stock. The other website was denied because they said it could take 1-2 weeks for order to be shipped because of the manufacturer. Both reasons enough for ebags to not price match. (Oh, and ebags is located in Colorado and when I got my order 10 days later which is the same time frame as the one website's, the package was shipped from Pennsylvania, from some lady.)
So if you can find the item you want from someplace else, get it there, and don't even try for their 110% price match lie. The customer service guys were rude in their email refusals to price match. I just figured O.K, fine, so they just lost a customer over $20.00, good for them, wouldn't we all want to have a store where we can afford to be rude to customers and loose customers over a measly $20.00!!?? I'm so glad it was a small order. When I order from their competitors' websites, I think I'll send an email to Michael Ross, the owner of ebags, and tell him to chokr on the $20.00 he lied& cheated from me with his "no hassel price match lie." He must be a Clinton supporter because he's definition of no hassel price match was figured on the definition of what is/is.
