Beware when you shop at eBags.com. I ordered two bags on Saturday, and another bag on Sunday. I need all three of them before Friday, so i expedited the shipping (paid extra cash for UPS 2-Day Air). By the way, as their winter sales deal, the GROUND shipping is FREE if the order is $35 or more.
On Monday, I logged on to their website to track my order, and found that the bag I ordered on Sunday was shipped as GROUND and their Estimated Arrival said it should be at my door on Thursday. The two other orders were still in processing (have not shipped yet), but their Estimated Arrival also said they should be at my door on Thursday. I called the customer service and demanded a refund the shipping charge. I told them that my bag costs more than $35, and the GROUND shipping was supposed to be FREE, but they said they could only refund the expedited charge (that's lame, huh?).
On Thursday, I received the bag I ordered on Sunday, but the two other orders were still in processing (that sucks). I decided to cancel those two orders, and demanded for a full refund, including the expedited shipping charges. I had to wait for over a month to get the refund back. I was and am still frustrated as I'm writing this message. I would never ever order anything from eBags.com again.
