Too hard to order from (impossible actually).

Tried to order online -- couldn't get past final verification page. Tried calling in the order, but they simply enter the order online as well. But even their own website crashed for them when I was on the phone! Tried a day later and still same problem -- got an answering machine when I called a day later on a Saturday. The website makes them look like an established company, but I have my doubts. Will not order from them as I need this pack ASAP.
