Selection
With this specific item, there were only 5 styles and price levels to choose. I know they have a great selection on all items, but our county requires children in public schools to carry see-through or mesh book bags.

Delivery
eBags are the quickest online shopping site that I have found to date! I have purchased four items so far this year and I received every one of them before or exactly on the date specified when I placed the order.

Customer Service
They are very wonderful! The last item I received was a book bag for my daughter. The purchase price was stated $29.99 (free delivery). However, when I received it, the bag had a price tag of $24.99. I contacted Customer Service and spoke with Pam. I was sure I'd get the "run around" - I was so wrong! She said there should not have been a price tag on the item, and credited my credit card for $5.00! I told her that eBags would get all my future purchases for any bag I may need, and I would recommend the site to everyone I know. She was kind and quite polite.
