With the economy as it is, I try to support my local merchants as much as possible. This product used to be available at 3 different stores in town that have now discontinued it. Too bad they lost my business and drugstore.com now has my business. Thank you!

I am furious with drugstore.com.  I order something for the first time in December.  I had no problem with the product.  I just thoroughly checked my credit card and found that through them a company called reservations.com has been charging my credit card $12 every month!  don't be scamed like I was.  I think this is reprehensible, I will never order from them again!

Fast shipping, received the items in 2 days from date of the order. This is exciting for me as it is something from the 1950's era that 3 of us ladies used to use. I purchased a Christmas present (Eyeclops) from Drugstore.com for my grandson.  Unfortunately, Santa also brought one.  I returned mine on Jan 9.  The return was processed quickly and I received a confirmation that it had been received.  I checked my account for several weeks and the credit was not processed.  I called the customer service line and was told that it could take up to SIX weeks to process a credit.  The refund was finally credited to my account on March 7th - nearly two full months. 

Although the purchasing process at drugstore.com is user-friendly and efficient I would not make another purchase. It is too much trouble to keep track of an expected refund for two months.  Since they are so efficient with their purchase procedure I see no reason why they can't apply that same expertise to their refund process.

I went to Drugstore.com and built my shopping list.  I then printed the list off and took ot to a local Walmart to compare prices.   On 15 different items, the average price of items at Walmart was 25% cheaper than at Drugstore.com - and that didn't include the shipping costs that would get added on top.

I was hoping for a web-based alterantive to the consumables and replinishables that our family buys, but clearly, for us, drugstore.com is not competitive.

Drugstore.com has products that I can't find in my local drugstores - like organic, natural makeup and 100% recycled paper tissues. By waiting until I have a number of things I need to buy at once, I can take advantage not only of their free shipping offers, but also coupons I find online. (Or I just click through ebates.com to automatically get 6% cash back!) Plus, you get 5% back in "drugstore.com dollars" that you can spend at a later date (currently it's two months from now). Sure, why not?

I just placed my second order within a week to drugstore.com yesterday morning and my shipment just arrived! Amazing!

I found that drugstore.com had the futuro handsplint at a price far less than almost anywhere else on the web. I had seen a reference to it in a brick-and-mortar drugstore that did not carry the product. Previously, I had purchased the King of Shaves shaving cream elsewhere. Drugstore.com's price is about the same as most places. However, the items came in about 72 hours, which was more than OK.

The product listing and ordering process are top-notch. The items arrived in good condition, but it was 9 days from the time I placed the order until I received it. I'm not sure if the delay was with the shipper or the merchant. The tracking link at USPS.com didn't show any shipping details.
