A very disappointing experience, low quality product, no customer service

My experience with Drugstore.com was less than ideal, and even less than what I have experienced on other websites.
I purchased a deficient product, posted an email to them, and they never even bothered to reply. The product ceased to work properly after barely three months of normal use, which was about once per week.
Surveys show that when people are happy about a product or a company, they will tell an average of 3 people. However when people are unhappy, they will tell an average of 7 people!...
A lack of answer to a customer signifies disregard for your business, as I believe that reputation is the most important thing in a business. It also signifies disregard for the customer, and leaves the customer angry, and upset at not even receiving an answer, and/or a solution.
In my case, I was not looking for reimbursement... but for answers. My question to them was "how can a product be of such low quality" that it does not even last three months or very small use?... no answer, no answer, no answer.
Therefore to me, their customer service gets a big "ZERO", "0"
I also feel that their prices are above many other similar stores, and they dont carry anything that you cannot find anywhere else...
All together this was NOT a good shopping experience for me. I feel that when you offer products you need to stand behind their quality, and at the very least address the questions of customers. None of this was effected in my case.
I will never shop there again.
