Awful Shipping - decent variety and pricing

I live in Alaska, and drugstore.com is a good way to take care of bulk ordering of everyday items. Prices are high here, so drugstore.com prices are usually better, and free shipping makes it economical.
The problem is that 4 of the last 5 shipments I have received were damaged due to poor packing. I swear they stand on ladders in a warehouse with a box on the floor and huck the items into a box. One came so damaged that the post office had to re-box it in a wax container to get it too me because the contents (hair products mostly...lotion type...oily...) had exploded and ruined the packaging on all the other items. I got a "sorry" out of that one. Now I'm waiting going on 7 weeks for my last order...I called two weeks ago and they said I had to wait 30 business days to declare it missing or cancel. That required me to go without these items because I couldn't afford to order more until drugstore.com refunded my order. Now they say they will ship it "2-day"... yeah...we'll see. Maybe it'll show up in one piece this time? regardless...you get what you pay for and I'll pay more for better customer service and concern. This will be my 24th and most definitely LAST order from drugstore.com.
