Regarding the Drugstore.com prescription automatic refill service-

So far I have been very unhappy with Drugstore.com's refill service.  It seems like every step of the way a problem has arisen. I am getting charged $15- $20 more than when i filled my prescriptions for the exact same medications, at Rite Aid.   I must say, they do answer emails quickly, but as of yet, their responses have never been very helpful.   It is a great service to have the prescriptions delivered without having to remember when they need to be refilled, but it is starting to seem like more trouble than it is worth.  On top of that, they promise $50 back for transferring your prescriptions to drugstore.com, but read the fine print.  This offer is not valid in all states (due to restrictions in state laws), including New York.

I guess right now the question is, is it worth the extra money to have someone else keep track of my prescriptions, or should I just set a reminder for myself?  I have emailed them about the price difference once again, and I am waiting for their response before I make a decision.

Regular Drugstore.com service-
Pluses- Their prices seem comparable to your neighborhood drug store and they have a very extensive selection.
Minuses- The deals page is laid out horribly, making it more difficult to take advantage of special offers.
