This is the second time I have placed an order with them and either didn't receive my order or was sent the completely wrong product. What makes it such a horrible experience is that the reps were originally telling me it was my responsibility and they would not send a replacement nor give me my money back. It is such a waste of time that I cannot get back calling or e-mailing them. I would say find another website who actually pretends better to care about their customers but will at least make an effort to make sure they receive their products and/or are satisfied!
I purchased several products, changed my address as needed and it never changed in their system. The order was still delivered to the wrong address after I called (called the day the order shipped) and I was told I need to contact the people at the address it was shipped to and arrange to have them bring me my order. Seriously, this is the customer's responsibility?
I've called, I've e-mailed - and the response I get is to go get it myself because they aren't replacing it nor giving me my money back.
Be leery if you insist on shopping there.
This isn't the only problem I have had with them.
I ordered products and received vitamins. I called and the rep said - are you sure? Why ELSE would I be calling?
Still waiting for my order that 1 rep says is being replaced yet another says sorry you're out the money. Here's hoping for something positive as my money truly does not grow on a tree and I cannot afford to throw it away.
