I was charged for my order, but never received it! The only thing drugstore.com managed to do on time was charge my credit card.
I placed my order on 2/7. On 2/14 (yes, a full week later), I received an email stating that the shipping facility had made a mistake and I'd have to call them to have my packaged shipped. The email also said they would upgrade my shipping for free. This was the first of my frustrations... shouldn't any decent company ship out a new order as soon as they realize a mistake was made?!?
When I called the customer service number provided in the email I was told that my package was labeled wrong and sent to the wrong person. In order to have my package reshipped I would have to give them my credit card information again. I told the representative that my card had been charged the day I placed my order and the charges posted to my credit card account on 2/11. The customer service representative refused to upgrade my shipping (as their email promised) and refused to even complete my order unless I gave him my credit card information.
I canceled the order on the spot. I will never order from drugstore.com again. I urge you to find a responsible alternative who actually cares about getting orders out to their customers.
