The worst service I have EVER recieved.

I have ordered three times from dog.com. The first one was great. Fast shipping and great service. The second one came slower and they gave me the wrong product. The third order is where everything went wrong. I ordered four lbs of buiscuits along with a lot of other things. The buiscuits came in molded. Which came in a week later than it was suppose to be. I was tollerant of it and called customer service. They agreed to replace the product. A month later they still had not replaced the product, so I e-mailed them and told them I wanted the money credited back on my account if they were not going to replace it. I got an e-mail back almost a week later saying they had allready credited me, yet they did not show any proof of it and it did not show up on my account. Which was also stated in a single sentence. It is now march and this all started back in January. I still haven't recieved replacement product nor have I got my money back and messing with them is no longer worth my time. I would not suggest dog.com because this mess could possibly happen to you as well.
