The UPS (standard "ground service) shipping charge seemed high, so I called the merchant (toll-free) and I was offered FedEx shipping at a much lower rate. Shipping was extremely prompt. I highly recommend Dmartstores.

My overall experience was good initially, to poor when my order was totally botched. I had two flat tires on our double stroller for our infant and toddler, and desperately needed the tires, but only a partial and incorrect order was delivered (only one of three wheels were delivered). This was very disappointing and created added hardship since in NYC we don't have a car, so our stroller is our only means of transportation for our kids. The correct order was fulfilled after contacting them, but this offered little added incentive to shop at Dmart again. Amazon or a Zappos or other online retailers would have done more to correct the mistake. I understand such mistakes happen, but I doubt I'll order anything from Dmart in the future.

I just got my second order from Dmart. Warehouse did not ship first order for eight days. After I took the intiative and contacted store, they resubmitted order. What did I get for my trouble? an apology. The second order they shipped me the wrong item. What did they say in response to y several emails and phone calls? Nothing yet...Not only will I never order from Dmart again, but I will view Yahoo 5star rating and yahoo stores in general in a skeptical light.

The wheel was several days late due to some shipping errors- which I realize isn't Dmartstores' fault. However, the box arrived with 2 parts of the wheel frame sticking out of the cardboard because it was packed in too small of a box with no padding. Furthermore, when I pulled the wheel out of the box, it is OBVIOUS that it is USED. the frame is scratched up and the axle is filthy with dirt and grease. The only new part on the piece is the tire. I'm am furious that I paid the full new part price and got a piece of dirty, scratch used merchandise. The part will be returned and I will NEVER be shopping with Dmart again.

After the order was placed I did not receive an email with an order comfirmation. No notice when merchandise was shipped or tracking number. I tried to call for hours and could not get anyone but a recorded message. When I was tranferred to a customer service rep a message said that none were available and to leave a message which I did. I did not received a returned call. The merchandise did arrive in a timely manner. There was just not enough costumer service communication.

The stroller I ordered was sold out and I was offered a replacement. I accepted the replacement product by email and called and left message, but I have not heard back from anyone so I'm not sure what the status is. Do I need to get the stroller elsewhere?

Ordered the product on 4/5/11 and received no order ship date or back order noticification. Call on 4/7/11 and was told the product would skip from the manufacture in one or two days. Called on 4/12/11 and rep said that they sent a back order noticification on 4/6/11 (that I didn't recieve), the product should ship on Friday the 15th or Monday. Still no written documentation or e-mails from D!mart about order status.

The order was out of stock. I was very disappointed because if an item is out of stock, it should be marked out of stock. A customer should not find out the item is out of stock after they have "purchased" it and given all of their information out. I was offered the new model of the stroller for $100 cheaper, however, the only reason why I ordered the model I ordered was because it was $100 cheaper than anywhere else I could find it. I didn't want the new model for over $550 because I wanted to spend $480 on the older model.

It was excellent; however the box was had holes that were patched and taped all over although the merchandise was in good shape. The tag was in the box but was not attached to the bag. I was planning to store it and give it as a gift but I had to get rid of the box since the receiver may think that it was a used item.
This was my second purchase of the same item. The first one which was also a gift was delivered directly to my sister. I am assuming that the packaging was fine because she didn't say anything except that she liked the bag and the delivery was right on time.

Overall I had a very good experience with Dmart. The website is not particularly impressive, and after placing my order I started to worry that my item would not be in stock (wasn't clear), and I had read some poor reviews of dmart. After 2 days (weekend) I hadn't seen any change on the order status page, so I sent an inquiry to customer service. I had an IMMEDIATE, personal, very helpful response assuring me that my stroller accessory was in stock and would ship that day. I also got an email with a tracking number shortly thereafter. I've just received the product and it looks great. The shipping box was beat up, but that's because it was reused (which I think is great - kuddos to dmart for being environmentally conscience). So overall the service was great; I got my out-of-stock everywhere else accessory quickly and for the best price around. I'm pleasantly surprised and very happy! I hope others have a similarly positive experience and don't hesitate to email customer service for help.

I ordered the stroller and called 3 days later to see when it would be shipped. I was informed that the last one was sold right before my order. The rep called the warehouse and was told that one was on transit and i was 1st in the cue to receive it. He could not tell me when it would arrive at the warehouse. I called 3 days in a row and received no more info. I emailed customer service and received no response. I had asked the rep if i should order it from another vendor and he was non committal about me receiving it. This is the one item that my daughter wants for her new baby. I am afraid to order from someone else because once dmart ships it i cannot cancel. Bottom line is they do not provide the "best of the best" customer service once the item is ordered. I don't expect anything to change after they receive this survey so i will not use or recommend them in the future.

Never got back to me. Called the store again today. My only option was to leave a voice mail. Was expecting this gift to arrive well before Christmas, now I'm concerned that it won't get here at all!
