I attempted to place an order and had difficulty with the webiste accepting my order. Once I was able to place my order, I took the time from my busy day to inform the company that I had problems placing an order. I was told that it must be my computer and was offered no apology. This was the first sign of trouble. But I figured maybe the customer service rep was just having a bad day.
I placed myorder on May 12, 2009 for two items, Nupro joint supplement and Comfortis for my dog. I received the Nupro quickly butI am still waiting on the Comfortis. When I called again, customer service was rude. They stated the product was back ordered, but would be shipped within a week. It has almost been two weeks and still no product has been received. I callled again regarding my missing Comfortis. I was told that it was in the mail and was then forwarded a copy of my shipping invoice with no text in the email. I am calling first thing on Monday to demand a refund and I will never do business with them again. If I do not get a refund I will dispute the charge with my credit card company. I had placed two previous orders with this company and had no problems. But once I had a problem, there was NO good customer service, no apologies, just empty promises. My suggestion: do not take a chance with this company.
