I ordered 5 items and received two of them. When I called they told me to fax the order to them and said that two items were backordered but the one that was not backordered they would have to review and then send the order. I was treated rudely by customer service and by the manager. I was even hung up on. I told customer service on the third day of attempts to a solution towards my order that all I wanted was my whole order. My card was charged the full amount and I was also told they would credit my account for two of the items that were backordered and then the very next day they said those bckordered items would be sent to me. At this point I want my money back and I will never use them again. i have been a loyal customer for two years and never had a problem untill now. It was a simple fix in my eyes, send me my order that was not backordered and credit me for the others. But, instead they kept telling me the manager would give me a call after reviewing my fax. I faxed my order three times and they still did not give me an answer to whether or not my order would be sent to me. The sad thing is I am still waiting and so is my dog. The service is horrible and it is really sad.
