This is the most unprofessional company that I have ever encountered.  I placed my order on April 27th.  The order included a prescription on file but I also scanned it in and emailed it for their convenience.  On May 6th, I called to find out where the order was since we have not received it.  I was told by Steve/Steven that he would call us back with the information.  He did not. 
On May 11, I called and requested to talk to a supervisor.  I was told that the supervisors were out and would have to call me back.  I was also told that an order was never placed on April 27th even though I have their confirmation page with confirmation number and the credit card company confirmed that Discount pet Drugs processed the invoice.  When I told their male rep. this info, he called me a "Crazy Ho" and hung up.  Every time I called back I received the same guy.  I called the credit card company and cancelled the order. 
I found out through Novartis that they do not supply their medications to Discount Pet Drugs and they do not know if they are selling the real product.  My Vet recommended that I use Vet Centric that they back.  Vet Centric was only a dollar higher in price and they are very professional.
