I placed an order over a week ago, for Interceptor, which I need by this week. My vet called to say they had a request from the company for verification for the prescription. They fulfilled what was required of them, but my account showed I had not made a purchase. After calling and emailing to see what the problem was, I also emailed a scan of the prescription to them. Their web site still shows I have made no purchases, although my credit card has been billed.I have tried emailing and phoning but get no response. Yesterday a human actually answered the phone, only to put me on hold and never return. Their email mailbox is full, so my last 4 emails have bounced back to me. This may well be the worst company I ever attempted to purchase from. I only wish I had read the Epinions first! I tried to save a few dollars over another store where I have done business, successfully, and the result is I have wasted days of my time and still have neither the product nor any way to cancel the order because no one in "customer service" responds. I just got a phone call from home saying the company finally returned one of my calls, however they had been told to call my cell phone, since I am traveling. I phoned the number they left and (Big Surprise) a person answered. NO big surprise, they put me on hold again! I called back and got voice mail. This time I left a message to cancel my order and for them to go read what Epinions has to say about them! I recommend you save yourself the aggravation and shop someplace else.
