Rimadyl Caplets sent instead of Chewables this order was returned to you on 12/9 and they still say they dont have it processed and that I have to wait 3 weeks. It still had not been processed a month later despite numerous calls (spoke to joseph and jason).
Rimadyl Chewable Tablets (qty 180) - package received with chewable pills that are obviously not real pfizer 75mg chewables (I have some from my vet that are REAL). A call and shipping one of the tabs to Pfizer should easily verify this. The tabs are half the size of my previous order for the very same drug dosage and item. The bottle is also smaller and the label is also wrinkled and had packing tape wrapped around the bottle conveniently placed over the lot and expiration information (all of which I have saved).  They also charged me tax and I live in CA. This is illegal. There are numerous reports of poor quality customer service and potential fraud on multiple sites on the web.
