The customer service was good and I even got a phone call to notify me that the model I chose didn't come in brand new condition anymore, and was offered a variety of substitute products, however, once the product was received, it still had some kind of partition left on it that my IT person had a hard time removing. But with a lot of time and effort, my IT person was able to somehow manually remove the partition and got the product to work.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

I ordered two hard drives on seperate days. The 1st one came in 3 days earlier than promised. The 2nd one was delivered on time as promised. The drives were sold as "referbed" but came in very well packed and look and perform like new drives. I am extremely happy with the products. I found the people I spoke with most pleasant, helpful and a delight to do business with. I ordered this jacket for y husband for Christmas knowing the size was incorrect with the idea I could return it. I did and spoke with L.L. Bean informing them that I did want the next size.
