Discount Dance Supply

I ordered some dance clothes from them.  They sent me the same order twice and charged my credit card twice.  Also, one item in my order was not even shipped.  I called them and the customer service rep did not initially even offer to send my missed item.  He informed me that it was never "downloaded" and that I would have to order the item and pay shipping again.  I told him I was not going to do that and demanded that he send me the item with free shipping, which he did only after I insisted.  He also said to send the duplicate shipment back and they would refund my money.  I asked them if I could have a discount code becasue thiswas a lot of trouble and they said they would not send me one, even after I told them I would not order anything else from them unless they did so.  I dontt know why they are willing to lose a customer over a free shipping or $10 off coupon.

I was disappointed with Discount Dance Supply services. My order was held back due to one item out of stock.
I was not informed with delivery status and my enquiry emails were often ignored as well.
Two month later, goods were shipped, but one item was still missing and again, I was not informed.
I am a frequent on-line shopper. This is worst customer services I have ever experienced form on-line store.
I will never buy anything from Discount Dance Supply, ever again.

Discount Dance Supply offered the best price and most reasonable shipping. The shoes arrived in only a few days but the color was not as ordered. The box was marked with the ordered color but somewhere before the DDS shipping department, the incorrect color had been inserted. One quick call to a very nice customer service representative and the correct color was immediately shipped - received just three days later. SUPER CUSTOMER SERVICE!

What amazing customer service!  I have to say I'm very impressed with this company and would order from them again.  I was originally upset by the fact that the shoes were difficult to size online.  I had to reorder twice.  Turned out I had to order 2.5 sizes bigger than my own (at least that is how the brand I ordered was).  I emailed them upset with this fact and quickly received a reply AND a phone call.  They worked with me and I was so impressed with their attentiveness that I am now a very satisfied customer!
