Hi. Thank you for the supply of a good product you have. When I opened my package one bottle of the hardener must have had a loose top and there was no catalist left in one bottle it was all in the plasic bag (quite a mess) therefore I only had enough product to do half the set of my dentures. The bottles only had plastic twist caps on with no tear off underneath the cap and the cap was not tight enough to secure the liquid in the bottle. If you would replace the order for me at your expense I will continue to use your product and give good revues to friends. Thank you for your consideration and please reply with your answear. I had googled Chap It because I can't find it locally anymore. Google took me to dentist.net. It was easy to place the order and I got my product within a few days. I'm delighted that they carry Chap It and hope they continue to do so.

On the whole, it's been good. They carry a wide range of products and different brands. one thing I especially like is that they carry pictures of the products [or rather drawings, which could be better]. This helps a lot, especially with a product like Gum toothbrushes, where they have a large array of toothbrushes, distinguished only by numbers, so the pictures are invaluable.
