When I ordered the desk, it was to be shipped in 2-3 days. Then I received an email stating that it would be delivered Feb. 6-10. On Feb. 6, I received an email stating that it would be shipped on Feb. 20. I hope it comes. My office has been torn up for 2 weeks in anticipation of this desk.

Horribe experience. Ordered product and it was delivered 3 weeks late. Cymax does not have logistics knowledge or simply fibs to customers regarding shipping times. Product was not as it appears on web site - 2 of their own employees agreed and marked my return request as "deffective" when comparing web site photos to my pictures provided to Cymax. I was told by management that they turned the bed sideways and put the pillows along the side of the bed which made it appear that drawers came out from the foot of the bed and not the sides. Pretty dumb idea on their part considering the description doesn't state that fact. I was told I would have to pay for return shipping and a restocking fee. My credit card company advised me it is not legal for an RMA not to have accompanying shipping instructions/arrangements, so while pursuing this "right" of mine, the RMA expired and now I'm told I can't return the furniture. This is a terribly dishonest and unprofessional company. I could add to this experience with numerous phone calls and hours and hours wasted on hold, but the point is, no one should buy from Cymax.

I wasn't informed that the order was shipping from two different locations and I was only provided one tracking number, so when one package showed up and the other one didn't I called CS. When I called I waited on hold for 35 minutes and when I was connected the customer service rep didn't have any answers on what the other tracking number was or if my produce even shipped. I was very frustrated.

I waited more than 2 weeks from the time my credit card was charged to call the merchant to see what the status of my order was. I was told they didn't know when the product would be available or ready to ship to me. It shouldn't have taken a phone call from me- I should have been notified as soon as this merchant was unable to deliver my product. When I attempted to call this company it took 15-20 minutes for someone to answer. I will NEVER EVER order from this company again, nor will I let me friends and business associates order from cymax.com.

Bedframe was delivered in good condition except we are missing one of the rollers. Contacted cymax about the problem and still have'nt received a roller. Have to prop up the frame with something else so we can use it. Hopefully they will send us a roller soon.

Do not by ANYTHING from Cymax stores. Their website, looks substantial and totally legitimate, but wait until you place an order!! I placed an order on December 2nd. Cymax has no problem charging your credit card, they are very quick at doing this.....On January 10, my item still had not arrived. I called the customer service phone number emblazoned on their website, only to be left on hold for an hour!! I hung up...After much e-mailing, I finally got a response saying the item would be delivered within the next 2-3 weeks. After this time period, I finally called again, after being on hold for 30 minutes, someone finally answered the phone. I told them I wanted to cancel the order. I got an e-mail stating that they were "reviewing" my "request to cancel" the order. End of story, I never got my merchandise, I have never got a refund. Stay away from this horrible company if you don't want to have your money stolen! I wish I had read all of the terrible reviews of this company, before I wasted my time and money. CYMAX STINKS!!!!!

I purchased the mirror on 1/6/12. The Cymax stated the mirror will be delivered in 5-7 business days (between 1/11/12 and 1/13/12). I sent Cymax's customer service an email on 1/16/12. Cymax replied on the 1/17/12 and stated it "should" ship on 1/24/12. This is not acceptable. I paid when I purchased the mirror. It should have shipped the same or next business day. No tracking number is available to this point (1/20/12).

Ordered Pulaski Accents Chest in Midnight Brocade for $517.50 on 9/15/2011 (they charged my AMEX the same day I ordered it)! Order # VCR121-4422998 shipped on 9/23/2011 . After dozens of calls and extended wait times I have not received any information on this item!! I have at numerous times asked for a refund and each time it was declined...reason is that they cannot cancel it because it already shipped!! I am tired of dealing with this and I just want my $517.50 credited back to my AMEX. They are just giving me the runaround and they have no intention of giving my money back!! We ordered a simmons beautyrest mattress for ~$400 less than the price at a local store. Delivery was included in the price.
We were a bit skeptical about ordering through Cymax because there were some bad reviews, but overall we were very happy with our experience. Oct 22- placed order online; Oct 31- received phone call from delivery company to schedule delivery; Nov 7 - mattress delivered. They gave us an estimated delivery date of Nov 15-Nov 25. We were quite surpised (and happy!) to receive the delivery 1-2 weeks early. I'd definitely shop at Cymax again! |

I loved dealing with cymax. It was easy browsing online after googling the bar stools I wanted. They had them, the price was great. They shipped. They were packaged very well and they arrived in great shape and perfect. The picture I viewed online was exactly what I received.
My only concern now is that I was just asked how I got my rebate. I didn't get a rebate and now think I missed out? Was I supposed to get a rebate? Is there a rebate on everything purchased? I would change that question to say whether or not there was a rebate offered because I feel like I missed out... And prior to that question, I was elated with my order and the goods I received.
I am still very satisfied. I will shop with you again!

I love this piece - although it did come in 3 boxes, my husband and I had it together in about 2 hours - an easy job. I only wish I had ordered the counter height bar stools to go with it at the time. Thought I'd find something I'd like elsewhere for less money, but so far that is not the case.
The kitchen island was shipped and arrived much sooner than expected. I am extremely happy with my purchase from Cymax and their fast, free shipping.
I do wish they'd give me a nice discount on those counter height bar stools to match this piece so I could order them as well.

I ordered a headboard and nightstand in "spiced pine finish". I received pieces of composite board covered in a laminate photograph of wood, NOT REAL WOOD, as they infer on their website. Then, when I tried to return it, they want me to pay a restocking fee, the outgoing shipping fee, as well as the cost to ship it back to them. Even under the description, it calls it "spiced pine finish" and there is no mention that it is made of fake wood.
