I have been buying coffee and coffee related supplies from Coffee Warehouse USA for six or seven years. The quality of the coffee and supplies is excellent. Delivery is very prompt and has always been correct. Prices are good. I am on the e-mail list and just took advantage of 15% off on pillow packs when my supply of All Day Gourmet Decaf 1.75 Pillow Packs was starting to run low. Coffee Warehouse USA is the only place I buy coffee. I recommend it without qualification

There isn't any place on the web site to write a short note for additional instructions (type of grind to be used for coffee ordered). That would make me happy and feel like there was truly two-way communication going on.

This merchant is an excellent roaster of coffee. I have tried buying the same beans locally, they just are not roasted the same. Prices are competitive, and each order is roasted when received so you always get a quality product.

The sales person I contacted was responsive to my questions about the nutritional content of one of the products we purchased. As it was packaged for convenience store sales, it did not show this information on the packaging. She told me she would email the information as quickly as she could find it and we had that mail in about three days. I have a granddaughter who has special dietary needs so using this product will be an opportunity to add to her limited allowance of food. We are grateful for the responsiveness of this staff member.

Shipping costs are too high, especially to Hawaii. I had to ship it to a mainland address, and then bring it back with me when I traveled to the mainland.

The website was not user friendly. I had a hard time trying to find Paradise Tea in normal tea bags and could only purchase them in the 48 ounce tea bags. I also had to buy a case vs a few boxes to try. i just felt they should have more selection for the consumer.
