Do not order from this company. They sold me an extended warranty then informed me that it does not cover commercial appliances. Filed an internal complaint and they did not respond. Filed a formal complaint with the BBB. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

ordered a refrigerator from them and was charged twice for the purchase. never received any refrigerator and still no credit. After being on hold for over 30 min. they told me that their credit card machine was down and i would have to go through my credit card company to get a refund. They still have not issued a refund to my credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. READ OTHER REVIEWS BECAUSE THEY ARE SIMILAR TO MINE!

This company is awful. ordered microwave for X-mas with promised delivery in 4-6 weeks. Tried to call but number was disconected, no response to e-mails. Finally found out 12/24/11 that my order had been canceled. Don't be stupid avoid this bunch of dummies.

I ordered an item that I was told was in stock. I was told that they would ship it to me as soon as a truckload was heading in my direction. After the estimated ship date had passed, I called them and was told that the item was received damaged from the supplier. I asked them to cancel the order and a credit was issued to my credit card. Then they turned around and recharged my card again gor the purchase. I contacted them and they told me to file a dispute claim with my bank as they could not issue a credit.

Horrible experience.Purchased a Samsung refrigerator for over $2200.00. My credit card was charged immediately, but product was not supposed to be delivered for 3/4 weeks. After no contact from them after this time period, I placed a call to them. I was told their was manufacturer delays and it won't be shipped until mid December, In the beginning of Dec I called just to verify the new delivery time-frame and I was told it won't be until probably May before the shipment comes in. I am always told that I was sent emails informing me of this. Well, I never received any emails. Most terrible experience with any companyEVER!! Had to have credit card company charge-back the charge to the company...DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

These are crooks - stay away . . Home Everything took my order for thousands of dollars and charged my credit card at order. After not delivering after several weeks, they said they had to cancel the order because they could not get the items. They issued a credit but also re-charged my credit a second time. They blamed the re-charge on a bank error, but the credit card company said there was no error - only a recharge. This company is a sham.

Not a reputable company...ordered a stove on 9/7 and told 2-3 weeks and thereafter at least once a week (after the first 3 weeks) I would be told "all is okay" and they will get it that week and have it out to me the following day (maybe 2 days later). I would have to call back after not getting an update as expected (or promised in a few cases)and would be told it was not in their possession yet and repeat the above. Also was told 2 times that they got the stove and they were ready to ship to me when they found "damage" and had to send it back. They never once called with an update - always had to call to get an update. Finally after 3 months of empty promises/apologies I cancelled the order a couple weeks ago to go elsewhere. These guys are just not worth doing business with.
(Full disclosure I have posted this review on a couple other sites today word for word) update - after cancelling the card used to pay for the stove was refunded and then charged again...just goes to show you further that this company is not legit. |

Ordered a washer/dryer and got email of promised date. Went to tracer and got different date. I decided to cancel(7-14 days for refund. The next day I got a refund and three days later I was charged again. They claim they are in a dispute with their billing vendor and I must go thru the credit card company to get my money back. Do not give them your credit card number.You will be sorry.

Ordered a washer and dryer because of the great price and thought/hoped it would get here, but it would just take some time. After the initial time line given had expired I contacted them and was told my items were on backorder, after that it was that they were damaged and needed to be reordered, then it was that they were on backorder again. Finally after more than two months my order was cancelled and I was told they were unable to fulfill my order. With that, they credited my credit card back and also charged it again, they said I should call my credit card and initiate a chargeback dispute through the credit card company for this new charge.

Just like everyone else, I 'purchased' a GE refrigerator that was at a substantially lower price. The automatic e-mail generated indicated it would take 3-4 weeks. A couple of weeks later, I checked the account online and the status changed to 'no information avail.' I called customer service and they said it was shipping out the following week 11/15/11. I checked online again and it said they were issuing a refund to my cc and, if it was charged back, that I should issue a dispute with my cc company. A total waste of time, lack of communication on their part, and very shady practices. GE should remove them as an authorized dealer on their website.

BEWARE! You should find it unusal that this store has very quick and short reviews for five stars and then long disasterous 1 star reviews with nothing in between. Unfortunately, I didn't read reviews and based it on the 4 and half stars that they were a good company. So I purchased around $2000 worth of appliances trying to save a few hundred bucks. And after waiting for two months with me always having to contact them about shipping updates and always getting a shipping delay answer, I had to cancel. I also had to dispute the charges with my credit card company which they took care of the issue right away instead of waiting for the refunds to go through. Even though they are not accredited with the BBB you can still look them up there and find them with an "F" rating and more very bad complaints.

I ordered a washer and dryer from HomeEverything. They cancelled my order after over two months of waiting. They lied to me time after time, telling me my order was about to ship. I requested to have a manager call me to discuss my order. No one ever called. When you send Emails, you get an automated response back. DON't BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU CRAVE STTRESS AND DISAPPOINTMENT.

I ordered from them 2 months ago and have been getting the runaround ever since. Every time I call them they give me a new date that my order will ship. It took over 6 weeks for them to tell me that the item was backorderd, despite being 'in stock' at the time of my order.
I'm afraid that I may need to contact the attorney general's office about this company because I'm out $1000 and have nothing to show for it. |
