Ordered product on 5/28/11 without a problem. As of 6/6/11 product has not been shipped so I canceled order and purchased from Bass Pro Shops. Will not use Compuplus again.

A friend / co-worker recommended the headsite and your website. I was very disappointed to discover a day or so later that the product was no longer in stock at Compuplus. Though a my account was promptly credited, I would have liked it to not have allowed me to even make the purchase in the first place if there were none in stock. Moreover, I would have preferred that Compuplus KEPT my order and allowed me to have one the next time they came in stock / became available. This was my first encounter with Compuplus; not sure if I'll try Compuplus again.

I misunderstood their policy on mailing to a 3rd party, they contacted me immediately and my error was corrected. I will definitely use this company in the future.

today they had the Pentax K5 body advertized at 806.39 along with the basic K5 specs but at end of dscription they had shown the pentax 5 digit code for the KR (which no one goes by).When I called to order and questioned the sales person they admitted that if I ordered the K5 as advertized they would have shipped the KR.  This is clearly an obvious bait and switch tactic and is Illegal. I have the screen images to prove their deception to the SEC and state regulatory agencies.Once I challanged their bait and switch ad they took it down. I tried to pay for the item by PayPal and your site wouldn't accept it. I used my Visa card and it accepted it. I don't like giving my credit card information out over the Internet. That is why I use PayPal. I haven't opened the box yet as my receiver hasn't shown up yet. I will contact you if I have any problems with the satellite dome.

The only problem is with the web page/order site. After starting to place the order, I went back to a previous page to review info about the product, then returned to the order to find my order had been duplicated. The shopping cart now showed 2 items ordered instead of one. Every time I tried to undo this and correct the # back to 1 item, another was added, even if I exited the site, exited the browser, or restarted the computer. The only thing that finally allowed me to start my order over again was to use a different browser to place the order. There should be some way to edit an order back to a smaller # of items without doing all this.

They had the lowest price, which made up for a lack of free shipping. Tracking was excellent, up to a point, but the box was ultimately delivered right on schedule.

They never sent the procuct, kept my money for over a month, and after a long time waiting for something I was looking forward to getting...I was sooooo very disappointed when they just sent a credit back with no explaination.  This was a coffie maker, and I'm not sure why but the same coffie maker is still on sale here?  So why do they still offer it here, and they would not send me the one I had waited for?!  Maybe they just needed a loan?  :  (

We ordered a Toshiba laptop from the Comp-U-Plus online store on a Thursday afternoon.  Everything in the order process and the invoice itself promised "shipping within 1-2 business days."  Therefore, if should have shipped either Friday or Monday.  When it had not shipped by Tuesday, I called Comp-U-Plus customer service.  She said that, yes, it should have shipped on Monday, and she'd make sure it shipped Tuesday and would find out what happened and let me know.  Needless to say, I never found out what happened.  Later that day, their online system indicated that it had shipped, but no tracking number was available.  That's because they marked it as shipped, but it was not picked up by UPS until the next day.  They didn't ship it within their promised timeline, then marked it as shipped when it hadn't really gone anywhere.  Even though it works fine, and there is no problem with the product itself, I won't be ordering from them again.

I found the item I was looking for very easily, it had a price I felt was competitive, and the ordering process was very easy with PayPal. I was searching for the cheapest price for an extended warranty for my new digital camera. Comp-u-plus, by far, had the best price on this produce. I snatched it up because it was in stock. The order said it would take 1-2 business days to ship. I ordered the item on 7/2/09 and didn't receive it until 7/13/09, and the shipping is only 80 miles from my home and I offered to pick it up, but they did not have a pick up window at their offices. I would have liked to pick up my order to save on shipping or I would have liked my order to ship on time; otherwise this was a great shopping experience.

I have ordered Targus TXL617 backpack from this seller. Of course before ordering I was skeptical a bit after reading several negative reviews on resellerratings.com. Well, here’s mine:  
1. Ordering, shipping and product itself were rather excellent…I placed my order on 13-Jun and it was shipped by 16-Jun arriving to my overseas APO destination on 22-Jun-09. For most of my orders it takes 2-3 weeks to get here….this one was lot faster. Everything was OK with the product. Just as described and brand new!  
2. Targus TXL617 is a laptop backpack designed to accommodate large laptops. This backpack is perfect for my HDX18t laptop (HP 18.4”). As a matter of fact there is at least 1 inch of space on top and side of the laptop in laptop compartment for even larger laptops.  
 
Bottom line, my first and so fart only experience with this seller was 5*. Thanks and keep up a good work. Will be back for more products.
