Their website is so easy to navigate and their customer service is excellent. I placed an order and forgot to tell them that I'm a returning customer and therefore eligible for their "loyalty" discount. I emailed them and received a reply almost immediately; they applied the discount right away. This time I bought an air purifier as a gift for my sister, and I was confident they would get it to her in time for her birthday, which they indeed did (it actually arrived a day early). There are so many businesses out there that have weak customer service, so I do everything I can to encourage people to buy from the good companies like this one.
