This experience was good. I previously had a bad experience. I ordered a shirt and was told it was in-stock. I then didn't receive it within a month, so I called and they said it was on back order for 2 months. I should have been contacted and told of this. I am weary of shopping here, but I did this time.

I love the selection of Chasing Fireflies but I was really disappointed with the time it took to receive this last purchase. I purchased the chair as a gift and as a result of it taking from 6/25/08 to 6/9/08 to receive it, the gift was late. Customer service was somewhat rude. It was nothing specific that was said, it was just her tone that seemed to reflect that I was bothering her.

i have shopped with chasingfirelies relatively frequently during the past couple of years and have usually been very satisfied with the results. this time, however, one item - rain boots - appeared to have been 'lightly' pre-used (probably bought and returned) and another, a t-shirt, arrived in the wrong size. nothing devastating, just mildly irritating. i contacted customer service immediately where the representative agreed to exchange the t-shirt but did not really address the other issue with any attempt to correct it. the call was propmptly taken and the manner in which it was conducted was both efficient and courteous. i am currently awaiting delivery of said t-shirt and optimistic the size will be as ordered so i can send back the one which is too small.

I ordered many items for three girls. One for my daughter and gifts for my nieces in Chicago - thus the shipping and gift cards were confusing for your staff. Also, it was not possible to have more than one gift card written from your website. Your staff did promptly contact me by email and telephone to make sure they had the order correct, which was great. The gifts were monogramed correctly and sent to the right addresses. However, even though I spend much time on the phone explaining how to process the orders, my sister in-law said that only one gift card was enclosed and she was not sure which gifts were for which girl. I would order again as your products are unique and perfect for my children and nieces.

Chasing FIreflies is a great resource for unique children's clothes and gifts, but I was disappointed in the quality of the airplane baby spoon I ordered. From the picture online, I was expecting a nicer item. I was disappointed in the cheap, thin plastic of the plane (from what I saw online, I expected it to be chrome-like, resembling a retro car), and the spoon looked like something from a school cafeteria. The edges on the spoon seemed too sharp for a baby (or an adult). When ordering this as a gift, I specifically wanted to use Chasing Fireflies because their products are so unique. At their prices, I also expect them to be high in quality. I obviously did not give the spoon as a gift, and I was glad I'd had it shipped directly to me instead of to my friend. (It does make me a little apprehensive about other gifts from Chasing Fireflies that I've shipped directly in the past, sight unseen). I was satisfied with the other gift item I ordered, a pacifier clip. Despite the disappointment, I will order from them again in the hopes that this was an isolated event. Based on the range of products offered and interesting, imaginative merchandise, I think they deserve a second chance.

Shopping on line at Chasing Fireflies is great. I received my order very quickley. I have ordered abour 3/4 times and only had one problem. I will shop again, but the prices are really expensive for children's clothing.

They have beautiful clothes and it had taken me a few catalogs before I broke down and bought some items because they were a bit pricey and never seemed to go on sale. But I love the items I bought although I had a question about the sizing on the girl's peace shirt.

I LOVE the products they sell. But I never know when I order something if it's in stock or I'll be waiting months for the order to be fulfilled or cancelled. I am still waiting for a dress ordered months ago for my granddaughter. Other orders have been handled more efficiently. I would order more products if I could be certain of timely deliveries.

I was told the towel was backordered to be shipped from Seattle to Maryland May 23. On May 30 it had not come and company to not alert me to it's arrival being changed to July something. I called the company and they asked me to call back on a weekday.... They never sent me an email updating order status. I just love this site. They have some really cool and different things. Some of the items are pricey but there are alot to choose from and I can always find alot that are not pricey but very stylish. I love this site! I cannot wait for their next catalog to arrive in the mail!
